Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

GND Directory provides paid listing placement, premium subscriptions and short-term boosts. All purchases are for digital advertising / placement services delivered immediately.

Premium subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled.
  • You can cancel any time from Manage my listing — access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • We do not pro-rate or refund partial months once a billing period has started.
  • If you were charged after cancelling, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

Listing boosts

  • Boosts are one-off purchases that activate immediately on payment.
  • Because the boost is delivered straight away, boosts are non-refundable once active.
  • If a technical fault prevented your boost from running, contact us within 7 days for a refund or re-run.

Duplicate or unauthorised charges

If you see a duplicate charge or a charge you did not authorise, contact us immediately at info@girlsnextdoor.com.au and we will investigate within 2 business days.

How to request a refund

Email info@girlsnextdoor.com.au from the address on your account, including your transaction reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — most issues can be resolved within 48 hours and avoid your card being temporarily blocked.
