Privacy Policy

Girls Next Door (“we”, “us”) operates an adult directory for independent companions. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and, where applicable, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Information we collect

  • Account data — your email address, used for magic-link sign-in.
  • Listing data you submit — stage name, age, city, photos, bio, rates, contact phone (SMS), social links.
  • Usage data — anonymised page views, SMS-reveal clicks, OnlyFans / Instagram clicks. We hash visitor identifiers; we do not store raw IP addresses against profiles.
  • Payment metadata — provider session IDs and amounts. We never store card numbers; payments are processed by Stripe.

2. How we use it

  • To display public profiles and connect visitors with advertisers.
  • To prevent fraud and abuse (e.g. limiting one listing per account).
  • To provide aggregate analytics to advertisers about their own listing.

3. Phone number privacy

Phone numbers submitted by advertisers are never returned in our public API. They are stored encrypted at rest and only released through a server-side reveal endpoint when a visitor clicks “Reveal SMS”. The number is not shown on the page.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies: an age-verification cookie, a session cookie for sign-in, and a consent cookie that records your choice on the cookie banner. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Your rights

You may at any time:

  • Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct or update your listing information from your dashboard.
  • Request deletion of your account and listings (“right to be forgotten”).
  • Withdraw consent and ask us to stop processing your data.

6. Data retention

Account and listing data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion (to allow recovery). Anonymised analytics is retained for 24 months.

7. International transfers

Our infrastructure is hosted on Cloudflare and Supabase, which may store data in the EU or US under standard contractual clauses.

8. Complaints

If you have a privacy concern you can contact us, or lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
